These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and outline the professional standards, rules, and regulations for engaging our services.
By accessing this website or awarding contracts to Laxmi Interior, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Laxmi Interior specializes in turnkey interior, civil, and infrastructure works. Our official services include, but are not limited to:
* Commercial & Residential Furnishing
* Electrical & HT/LT Panel Work
* Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems
* Civil Construction & Structural Alterations
* Professional Commercial Painting

2. Project Estimates and Proposals

A-All project estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals provided through our website or corporate emails are based on preliminary data.

B-Final project valuations will be calculated after formal site inspections, final layout approvals, and joint measurements.

C-Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless specified otherwise in writing.

3. Execution and Site Access

A-Client shall ensure timely and unhindered access to the project site (with power and water facilities) to complete Furnishing, Electrical, A.C., Civil, or Painting works as per the agreed schedule.

B-Any delays caused due to lack of site access, structural issues not declared beforehand, or delayed material approvals by the client may extend the project completion timeline.

4. Payments and Financial Terms

A -mobilization advance of 50% of the total contract value must be paid by the client before the commencement of any work or procurement of materials.

B-The remaining payment milestones will be strictly governed by the specific Work Order (WO) or running account (RA) bills signed between Laxmi Interior and the Client/Bank.

C-Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of work at the site.

5. Variations and Extra Work

A-Any modifications, structural deviations, or additional work requested during the project execution that falls outside the initial scope of work will be treated as an “Extra Item.”

C-Extra items will be charged separately and executed only after formal written or email approval from the client or authorized project consultant.

6. Quality and Warranty

A-Laxmi Interior guarantees the use of premium-grade materials compliant with corporate standards and bank guidelines.

B-Specific warranty periods for electrical components, A.C. units, and structural fixtures will be passed on directly from the respective manufacturers or as agreed in the main contract.

7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

A-Both parties agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding project budgets, structural layouts, bank security designs, and proprietary commercial information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Laxmi Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen environmental factors, force majeure (natural disasters), or pre-existing structural defects at the client’s premises.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of services or contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.

Note:

The client, office staff, or any third party shall not interrupt or restrict our working conditions (such as imposing noise restrictions during approved working hours or halting ongoing labor); any project delays resulting from such interference or unapproved disruptions shall not be attributed to Laxmi Interior.
