No. While we maintain a strict timeline, Laxmi Interior will not be held accountable for any project delays resulting from unauthorized site halts, internal staff interruptions, or a delay in releasing milestone payments.
Any changes or additional requirements outside the initial signed scope of work will be treated as an "Extra Item." We will calculate the separate cost and execute the work only after receiving formal written or email approval from the client.
